Medical mentoring program at the University Medical Center Mainz (MeMentUM)

Mentoring is an effective instrument for promoting  gender-equivalent personal development. The medical mentoring program (MeMentUM) at the University Medical Center Mainz aims to support qualified early-career female researchers on their career paths. In the long term, the aim is to increase the overall percentage of women in leadership positions.
