The State Examination Office ('Landesprüfungsamt') for students of medicine and pharmaceutics of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate is located at Schießgartenstraße 6 in Mainz.
One of the responsibilities of the State Examination Office ('Landesprüfungsamt') is the organisation of the state examinations for medicine, dentistry, pharmaceutics and accreditation of studies carried out nationally and internationally.

In addition, there are leaflets on first aid, nursing services, clinical traineeship and the 'final year' (Praktisches Jahr [PJ]).
