CRC/TRR 128: Initiating/Effector and regulating Mechanisms of Multiple Sclerosis - From a new understanding of Pathogenesis to Treatment

The members of this CRC/TRR aim to understand pathological processes leading to Multiple Sclerosis in order to develop new therapies to fight the most common chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system. Several institutions from Mainz, Frankfurt, Bad Nauheim, Munich and Muenster (spokesperson: Prof. Dr. H. Wiendl) cooperate within this consortium.
